Join us and grow a solid foundation for your future leadership journey with our Women Leadership Program for students. The program is based on our extensive studies of successful leaders called Centered Leadership and consists of three workshops, each with a distinct topic, designed to develop your abilities as an aspiring leader.

You will also be assigned a mentor, dedicated to your growth and success throughout the program. Please note, you do not have to be a leader yet; you just aspire to become one.

The program is open to all women students on their fourth semester of bachelor and onwards from any field of study on all Danish universities. It is intended for women and is fully transgender and nonbinary inclusive.

The workshops will be held in-person with no option of virtual participation. For participants to take part in all workshops, we will cover costs for train transport from cities outside Zealand in Denmark (not from cities abroad).
